Sculpt Classes


A step up from beginner and classic step. If you get the basics, this class will rev it up even more. You will burn calories and fat while having fun doing it. Become more flexible, increase endurance, lose weight, gain strength and sculpt your body into the shape you want.

Bellydancing & Bollywood Mix Classes


A mix of Bollywood dance, which absorbs India’s classical and folk dancing and bellydancing. A great cardio workout that uses lots of abs.

Hoop fitness Classes


Wanna have some fun? Try a hoop fitness class and fun is just the beginning. It’s a great workout that challenges the abs, core, hips and torso. You’ll even get some of that heart-pumping cardio activity.

Aquacize Classes


An enjoyable non-impact cardio workout in the water. Start with 30 minutes of fun cardio moves and finish class using the noodle to tone and strength. Get in shape or stay in shape with this class while being gentle to your body! All welcome! Intensity level is moderate to intense.

Zumba Classes


A combination of Latin, belly and hip hop dance moves used to create a dynamic, exciting and effective aerobic workout. Our instructors are dedicated to providing a fun, safe and effective workout for everyone.

Yoga Classes


A mat is needed! This is a hybrid of Yoga and Pilates. Gain balance, strength and flexibility. Improve circulation and reduce tension.

Sweat Shoppe Class


Work up a sweat while alternating between strength and cardio exercises in H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) method of exercise. It’s an all over workout and when you’re done, you’re done and you’ll be satisfied that you had a successful workout.


Fun water aerobics that includes endurance, strength and flexibility. Intensity level is moderate to intense.

Boot Camp Burst Classes


Burn calories while having fun. Get your engine revved up. Tone & firm your body while incorporating cardio bursts to burn extra calories

Pilates Class


A mat is needed! This class will give you that mind / body connection with traditional poses. It will provide balance, strength, focus and flexibility.

Strength Training Class


This class uses dumbbells and resistance bands along with other strength training modalities to give you a complete head to toe workout. All levels are welcome as modifications to each exercise are provided.

Water Aerobics Classes


From warm-ups to cool-downs and everything in between your workout time will fly by. This is a complete workout providing safe and effective exercises designed to improve your strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. This one will get you fit in a splash! Intensity is moderate to intense.
